Giving to the next!

I was really looking forward to being selected for a Nordic Puppy field intervention! I'm really grateful to have had the chance to volunteer for the clinic in Kitcisakik.

I'm an Atikamekw from Wemotaci and the community has benefited a few times from the services of Chiots Nordiques, so I felt it was important to give back.

It was a great first experience for me, and I hope to be able to participate again.

I was assigned to the kennels, so I had to take care of the dogs after they were taken in, before and after they were sterilized.

I'd like to thank the team for their dedication and commitment to the well-being of animals in the community, all the while respecting the realities of life in an aboriginal environment!
