Transfer
When dog owners, animal control officers, or the mayor for Inuit villages send us a completed ownership transfer form, Chiots Nordiques can assist in transferring dogs from First Nations and Inuit communities to southern communities where they will have the opportunity to be adopted.
This process helps reduce canine overpopulation in northern areas and ensures that these dogs receive proper veterinary care, as well as the chance to find homes that meet their needs. These initiatives also promote better management of canine populations and contribute to the health and well-being of local communities.
